The Vice Chairman of Ghana Culture Forum, Ahuma Ocansey Bosco, popularly called Daddy Bosco has encouraged young people to take pride in their culture
Addressing students from different schools, who took part in the maiden edition of the Interschool Cultural debate hosted by Teshie Presbyterian High School on Friday, 11th March as part of the 11th Ghana Culture Day, he stated how necessary it is to carry these young ones along in letting them know our culture
“The youth are our future leaders and must not be left out of our culture”
This year’s celebration is under the theme; “Strengthening the cultural and creative industry for socio-economic development”
He explained that, our culture is not just about drumming and dancing. This was an opportunity for these young ones to know more about our rich cultural heritage
The event was attended by some prominent personnel in the creative industry to guide and shapen these students as they engage in cultural debate and to be honest judges to help choose a winner for the event

Through poetry recitals and debates these students expressed the benefits of our culture and creative industry
