Concerned Lotto Agents Association of Ghana has threatened to embark on a massive demonstration against 1.5million Ghana cedis license renewal charges by National Lotteries Authority (NLA).
They stated, “The NLA is now calling for Private Lotto Operators to pay 1.5million Ghana cedis to renew our licenses, which we believe will collapse our businesses because renewal of a license should not involve such huge and arbitrary charges”
Speaking to the public relations officer of the group, King David, he explained that, the current NLA administration is treading a dangerous path of trying to put the business of Private Lotto Operators in the hands of few rich rich people to the detriment of the masses
