Isaac Ashai Odamtten, Member of Parliament for the Tema East Constituency, has affirmed that his Back 2 School program, which supports students in need, is here to stay.

Driven by his passion for education, Ashai Odamtten launched the initiative to motivate and assist students as they embark on their academic journey.

The program, in collaboration with the East Educational Foundation, provides essential supplies to brilliant but needy students from across the constituency.

Beneficiaries, especially those newly admitted into senior high schools (SHSs), receive fully stocked ‘chop boxes’ filled with provisions like gari, sugar, powdered milk, soft drinks, biscuits, and other essentials to support them in their education.

Hon. Odamtten emphasized the value of education and encouraged the students to study hard, become responsible citizens, and seize the opportunity presented to them.

He also announced plans to implement a system to track the academic progress of the beneficiaries, ensuring continued support.

Speaking on Ahotor FM’s Constituency Watch, Hon. Odamtten stressed that education is key to human and community development.

He reaffirmed his commitment to empowering the youth and revealed that the next phase of the Back 2 School program would benefit 500 students.
