Erik Ten Hag has expressed his concerns about the inconsistency of his team, two defeats in a row from Arsenal and Brighton respectively. He accepts the fact that the team is currently imbalanced and the is a lot of work to be done for the team to attain its respectable position in the past years.
He attests to the fact that numerous players have not been in good shape to give their best for the team. Players like; Maguire, Raphael Varane, Malacia, Luke Shaw, Mason Mount, and other key players have not been fit enough to give their best so far this season.
This situation has made him as a coach, less competent in his work and less fortunate to derive his best eleven-man squad. He points out that the inconsistency of the team is a result of that.
He also accepted the fact that facing Bayern Munich in their Champions League was a difficult task and has learnt a few lessons in their Champions League campaign moving forward.
Ten Hag went on by saying even doe the German Giants were better on the day and won, his team would also not back down without a fight and that they would be glad to challenge them in the competition.
