Hon. Isaac Ashai Odamtten, Member of Parliament for the Tema East constituency in the Greater Accra Region, has highlighted the developmental achievements of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Tema area.
He asserted that, aside from the legacy of Ghana’s first president, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, no political party has contributed more to Tema’s development than the NDC.
According to Odamtten, any significant infrastructural developments or sustainable programs in the region can be attributed to the NDC.
Speaking on Face to Face with Umaru Sanda, the former Mayor of Tema emphasized that the NDC has a strong record of development in the Tema enclave, which should justify their winning all the parliamentary seats in the area.
He urged residents to make the “right choice” by voting for the NDC’s parliamentary candidates and former President John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming elections to continue the development agenda.
Odamtten, who won the Tema East seat for the NDC for the first time in the 2020 elections, expressed his determination to retain the seat.
He pointed to the progress made during his tenure and emphasized that much more can be done with continued support from the people.
