Takyie Arhin bemoans GHALCA’s proposed meeting with GFA

Football administrator, Takyie Arhin has taken to social media to voice out his displeasure on the supposed engagements proposed by the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) and the Ghana Football Association (GFA) amid the FIFA covid-19 relief fund brouhaha

The former General Manager for Techiman based XI Wonders Football Club is of the view that, the meeting is unnecessary and shouldn’t even take place

A critique of the erstwhile GFA president Kwesi Nyantakyie’s administration, Mr Arhin says, the money allocated to GHALCA is enough and don’t deserve any preferential treatment in the disbursement of the relief package

He claims that, the body (GHALCA) hasn’t been accountable to its members for sometime now and have no moral right to question the disbursement of the FIFA covid-19 relief fund

This is what he wrote :

This so called engagement with the GFA to me is much ado about nothing. The question is, who are the members of Ghalca that are unhappy and why are they not happy?

Ghalca is even lucky to have gotten that $2000,00.

A body that doesn’t account for monies doesn’t deserves additional monies.

The Executive Council members are on top of their brief, hence did a good work.

There shouldn’t be interference in the work of Executive Council.

The last but not the least, what moral rights do Ghalca have to engage the GFA? In a nutshell, “he who calls for equity must always come with clean hands “Adieu.
