Sulley Muntari Advises Ernest Nuamah to Stay at Lyon despite interest from PL clubs

Former Ghana international Sulley Muntari has urged young winger Ernest Nuamah to remain at Olympique Lyonnais despite interest from top European clubs.

Nuamah has been a standout performer for Lyon this season, contributing six goals and two assists in 33 appearances.

Muntari praised Nuamah’s talent, describing him as “a player of pure talent” with excellent one-on-one skills and the ability to create danger.

He believes Nuamah needs more development before making a move to a bigger club.

“I think he still needs to develop at Olympique Lyonnais before aiming higher,” Muntari said.

An additional season at Lyon could allow Nuamah to reach a new level before considering a move to a more prestigious club.

Nuamah is reportedly on the radar of several Premier League clubs, including Fulham, Everton, and Crystal Palace.

Muntari’s advice comes as Nuamah weighs his options for the future.
