Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with an impressive performance, contributing 37 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists. Chet Holmgren added 19 points, while Jalen Williams provided 18 points and nine assists.
On the Timberwolves’ side, Anthony Edwards stood out with 29 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists. The game was marked by a pivotal 12-0 run in the fourth quarter by the Thunder, featuring crucial three-pointers from Gilgeous-Alexander, Holmgren, Alex Caruso, and Williams, which ultimately sealed their victory.
The two teams will meet again on 25 February, 2025 as the Minnesota Timberwolves look to snatch the win from the OKC Thunder to improve their standings in the western conference.
