American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, currently in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center, made headlines again after being rushed from prison to a nearby hospital late at night.
According to a law enforcement source who spoke to the New York Post, Combs was taken to Brooklyn Hospital Center around 10 p.m. The late-night transfer was reportedly orchestrated to avoid drawing attention from fellow inmates and prison staff.
Multiple sources confirmed that the rapper was taken for an MRI scan—a noninvasive procedure used to capture high-resolution images of organs, tissues, and the skeletal system. He was reportedly returned to his cell a few hours later without spending the night at the hospital.
Combs is facing a series of legal troubles following his arrest on September 17, 2024, at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan. He was taken into custody by Homeland Security Investigations and charged with multiple offenses, including racketeering and sex trafficking.
In October 2024, he was further implicated in a massive sexual assault lawsuit involving 120 plaintiffs. Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing the alleged victims, claimed that some were minors as young as nine years old.
Diddy’s legal team has denied all allegations. His attorney, Erica Wolff, stated that the claims are “false and defamatory.”
Despite these denials, more alleged victims have come forward, and his bail requests have been repeatedly denied by the judge.
