Saudi Clubs Eye Mohammed Kudus as West Ham United Future Remains Uncertain

Saudi Pro League clubs have expressed strong interest in signing Ghana international Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United, despite the player’s struggles in the ongoing season.

Kudus’ impressive debut campaign last season, where he scored 20 goals in all competitions, has not been replicated this term, with only three goals to his name.

Reports suggest that Kudus has a release clause of £85million, a figure that Saudi clubs are willing to surpass.

However, with Kudus still contracted to West Ham United until 2028, any potential transfer remains speculative at this stage. The interest from Saudi clubs adds to the existing speculation linking Kudus to Liverpool and other European clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.

Kudus’ immediate focus will be on recovering from an injury sustained during training, which ruled him out of West Ham United’s 1-0 defeat against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Tuesday night.

The severity of the injury has not been disclosed by the club, leaving fans and potential suitors awaiting further updates on his fitness.

As the summer transfer window approaches, Kudus’ future at West Ham United remains uncertain.

The interest from Saudi clubs and other European teams will likely continue to simmer, leaving the Ghanaian international with a crucial decision to make about his next career move.
