Former Member of Parliament Sarah Adwoa Safo has reaffirmed that the funeral of her late father, Apostle Kwadwo Safo, will take place on July 30 as originally scheduled, dismissing reports suggesting that the event has been postponed or cancelled.
Speaking with determination, Sarah Adwoa Safo urged the public, friends, supporters, and well-wishers to ignore any misinformation surrounding the funeral arrangements. She stressed that the family remains committed to giving the founder of the Kristo Asafo Mission a dignified and memorable farewell.
According to her, Apostle Kwadwo Safo’s immense contributions to Ghana through innovation, leadership, and spiritual guidance deserve to be celebrated with the honour and respect he earned throughout his lifetime.
She further assured the public that she would do everything within her power to ensure that the final funeral rites proceed peacefully and successfully, despite any challenges or conflicting reports.
Apostle Kwadwo Safo’s passing has been widely mourned across the country, with many Ghanaians expected to attend the funeral to pay their last respects to the respected religious leader and inventor.
