Report: Two Cameroonian Strikers Arrive in Ghana for Trials with Asante Kotoko

Asante Kotoko have welcomed two Cameroonian strikers to Ghana as the club steps up efforts to strengthen its attacking options ahead of the second round of the season.
The arrival of the duo comes at a crucial time, with the Porcupine Warriors currently left with only two natural centre-forwards: Kwame Opoku and Morifing Donzo, following recent squad changes and injury concerns.
According to reports from Opemsuo Radio, head coach Karim Zito has already reviewed video clips of the two forwards and was impressed enough to invite them for in-person trials. The technical team is seeking further assessment during a series of evaluation sessions to determine whether the pair can offer the needed firepower upfront.
The trials are expected to run over the coming days, after which a final decision will be made on their potential signing.
Asante Kotoko continue to push for improvements as they look to sharpen the squad for a competitive second half of the campaign. Fans will be watching closely to see if the new arrivals can earn their spots and add bite to the club’s attacking department.
