Rashid Tanko Computer: NDC Resetting Ghana; Mahama Has Reversed 8 Years of NPP ‘Corruption’

The Deputy Director of Elections and IT for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Rashid Tanko, popularly known as Rashid Tanko Computer, has stated that everything the NDC is doing in the country is aimed at improving the lives of Ghanaians.

According to him, the party remains committed to “resetting” Ghana and ensuring that the nation is placed on the right path.

He commended President John Dramani Mahama, saying the President has, within just one year, managed to reverse what he described as eight years of corruption and mismanagement under the New Patriotic Party (NPP), which he claimed made Ghana a laughing stock in the international community.

Rashid Tanko further argued that under President Mahama’s current administration, Ghana’s image and credibility have improved significantly on the global stage.

He said Ghana has now become a respected member among the community of nations, stressing that the country is once again being recognized and invited to major international engagements.

He noted that foreign governments and institutions are now willing to send aircraft to transport the President to important functions, unlike during the previous administration of former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, where he claimed the government often rented expensive aircraft for international trips.

Rashid Tanko emphasized that such excessive spending is no longer being witnessed under the Mahama administration, adding that the NDC remains focused on delivering good governance and restoring hope to the people of Ghana.
