Police hunt for Nigerian robber

The Financial Forensics Unit of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service is on the hunt for a Nigeria suspect known as Kess@Kess Billions.

The police have indicated that the suspect is alleged to be the leader of a gang of armed robbers who robbed a forex bureau at Teshie Tsuibleoo on 31 January 2018 at about 8:30am and made away with an unspecified amount of money.

The police indicated in a press statement signed by Chief Inspector David Fianko-Okyere that suspect Kess@Kess Billions again led a gang of robbers to attack a company at Community 9, Light Industrial Area on 16 February 2018 and took away a colossal sum of money from his victims.

According to the law enforcement agency, the suspect and his gang operate in the Accra metropolis.

The suspect is 29 years old, about 5ft 8 inches tall, slim in stature with tattoo marks on both shoulders and was last seen at Teshie wearing a pair of jean trousers over a t-shirt.

He is believed to be hiding in Teshie, Spintex Road, Tema, Aflao or his home country Nigeria.

The police is appealing to the general public and anyone with information on his whereabouts to report to the nearest police station or contact the Commander, Financial Forensics Unit/ CID Headqaurters on phone numbers 0303779331/0302760330/0302761272 or Police Command Centre Nos. 191 all networks, 18555 (on MTN and Vodafone networks).
