Patience Ahedor’s personal challenges and the empathy inspired her to dedicate her resources and efforts to helping others in need.

Ghanaian philanthropist Patience Ahedor has shared her inspiring journey of helping those in need despite her limited resources.

Driven by her experiences of struggling to meet basic needs in her past, and motivated by the values of both Christian and Muslim communities in Ghana, Patience chose to dedicate herself to philanthropy.

Although she doesn’t have much, Patience finds fulfillment in sharing the little she has with those in need.

Her charitable activities are mainly carried out during her birthday celebrations, a tradition she started four years ago.

Speaking to Anigye Hene Abeiku Yamoah on Property TV, Patience expressed gratitude to the individuals who have supported her initiatives over the years.

Her efforts have reached various orphanages across the country and over 500 people living on the streets of Accra, providing them with food and other essentials.

Although her foundation is yet to be officially registered, Patience operates under the name “Patience and Friends” and remains committed to her cause.

She emphasized that the lack of official registration will not deter her from continuing her good works.

Currently a level 200 student at the African University College of Communications (AUCC) in the Greater Accra Region, Patience also serves as the Organizing Secretary at Discovery Hall.

She called on stakeholders, NGOs, and other well-wishers to support her mission of feeding and assisting more needy individuals, acknowledging that the growing demands have surpassed her personal capacity.
