Head coach of the Black Stars Otto Addo has come to the defense of strikers who missed several chances in Ghana’s 0-0 draw against Sudan.
Antoine Semenyo, Kudus Mohammed and Inaki Williams faced criticism post match from some section of the fans and the media but Coach Otto Addo is optmistic they will score in the return leg.
“I think they’ve shown on every level they can score all of them and I believe in them; they will score in the next game.”
The Black Stars will drop to 4th if Niger beat Angola who top the group with 6 points. The return encounter between Ghana and Sudan comes off on Monday, 14th October, 2024.
