Ghanaian veteran Radio and Television presenter Harey Adjoa Kusi also known as Ohemaa Woyeje recently uttered her feelings on social media, speaking those who disapprove her appearance.
Ohemaa self-confidently stated that she is not bothered by not imitating to societal beauty principles, simply because she chooses not to rely on artificial enhancements on a Facebook post.
According to Ohemaa, using wigs, makeup, and other cosmetic products does not describe true beauty, as these are simply apparent additions.
Woyeje definitely believes that being labeled as “ugly” does not obstruct her from finding love, starting a family, or living a fulfilling life.
“So if aimless people assume someone is not beautiful; and so what? Does being not beautiful stop you from eating? Does it stop u from getting married? Or prevents u from giving birth? Fake & artificial beauty can never be an achievement! #adjoarasta”
