The National Chairman of the NDC Hon. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo stormed Akyem Adukurom during the Easter Holiday and celebrated mothers of Akyem Adukurom mainly the aged.
Addressing them , Chairman Ampofo revealed his motivation for this kind gesture, according to him , he has only returned to his hometown to eulogies mothers who played diverse roles in his childhood days.
Food packages, drinks, cash and PPEs were provided for all who made it the event.
” I still remember various role you all played growing up, those days , your son was another person’s son and could discipline him unlike today, if you try that you may end up in police custody. I’m here today because of the diverse role all of you played in my life and I’m grateful, I can’t come here and feed my mother and leave you out ”
