OFFICIAL: Asante Kotoko Announces New Technical Team

Asante Kotoko SC has officially announced a significant restructuring of its technical department following the departure of Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum. Abdul Karim Zito has been appointed as the new Technical Director and acting Head Coach on an interim basis.

Coach Zito, a respected figure in Ghanaian football, returns to Asante Kotoko with an impressive track record. He previously led Dreams FC to the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals and guided Ghana’s U-20 team to victory in the 2021 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.

Prince Yaw Owusu, Assistant Coach with over 20 years of coaching experience, including stints in Ghana, Sudan, and the United States.

Malik Jabir, Technical Advisor, a former Kotoko great and technical director, providing strategic oversight to support the club’s long-term goals.

This new technical team is expected to drive Asante Kotoko’s success in the short and long term.
