Founder and leader of International God’s Way Church, Daniel Obinim, has publicly expressed disappointment in his wife, Florence Obinim, over her association with Prophet Ogyaba despite his repeated warnings.
Speaking during a recent discussion, Obinim revealed that he cautioned Florence on two separate occasions not to entertain Prophet Ogyaba because he believed the pastor did not have good intentions towards him. According to the preacher, he was convinced that the relationship was not in his best interest and expected his wife to respect his concerns.
However, Florence reportedly disagreed with her husband’s position, maintaining that she could not automatically regard someone as an enemy simply because her husband did. Her stance, according to Obinim, left him disappointed as he felt his advice was ignored.
The outspoken preacher further claimed that Florence has become increasingly stubborn and no longer listens to him the way she did in the past. He suggested that the situation reflects a growing challenge in their relationship regarding respect for his opinions and decisions.
Touching on the biblical perspective of marriage, Obinim argued that wives are expected to be submissive to their husbands, citing scriptural teachings that describe the husband as the head of the family.
