Number Of Black Stars Players Increase To Twenty Two Following The Arrival of Jordan Ayew And Other Players

The number of players in the Black Stars camp have increased to 22 following the arrival of Jordan Ayew and the others as they continue preparations for the last two 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Abdul Fatawu Issahaku and Alidu Seidu were among the players who joined camp on Tuesday, after the team trained with just eight players on Monday.

Mohammed Kudus and Gideon Mensah were some of the high-profile names who participated in the first training session.

The team will hold their second session on Tuesday evening at the Accra Sports Stadium before flying to Luanda on Wednesday for the Angola game.

Ghana will face Angola on Friday, November 15 before wrapping up the qualifiers at home against Niger at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, November 18.

Ghana currently sits third in Group F with just two points from four games, and qualification is no longer in their hands.

The Black Stars must win their remaining matches and hope that Sudan, with seven points, lose their remaining games in order to qualify.
