Nsoatreman FC Distances From GM Comments On Dr. Bawumia Buses For GPL Clubs
Nsoatreman Football Club has distanced themselves from the comments made by their general manager in respect to the promises made by the Flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party.
The Vice President Bawumia’s pledge to supply buses for GPL clubs in Ghana as outlined in the 2024 NPP manifesto.
During an interview with the media, Eric Alagidede, the General Manager of Nsoatreman FC, expressed his opinion that the Vice President’s promise of buses for GPL clubs should have focused on tax rebates for sports goods at the port, citing a significant recent payment made for clearing Nsoatreman Jerseys.
In an official press release, the club clarified that the general manager’s statements were his personal views as an industry professional and did not represent the club’s official stance.
They emphasized the club’s commitment to adhering to all legal obligations, including tax payments for the nation’s development.
Furthermore, the club issued an apology to all stakeholders and interested parties who may have been affected by the general manager’s comments.
