Founder and leader of the United Front Party (UFP) Nana Agyenim Boateng has made wild allegation against the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) on the death of the late member of parliament for Kumawu constituency in the Ashanti region indicating that they killed their owned.
Speaking on Adekye Mu Nsem on Ahotor FM hosted by Citizen Kofi Owusu, Agyenim Boateng said the bad treatment the NPP gave to the late MP during his tenure all in the name of him supporting Alan Kyeremateng to win the flagbearer position of the party and now they are mourning him at his funeral as if they loved him.
According to him, he has some messages currently on his phone which he had with the late MP two weeks before his death when he wanted to go to US for treatment
“I am throwing a challenge, someone who has been in parliament for long, they should come out if he was been put on any board, ask if he was been put on any board, Basoa was saddened, is the NPP that killed him, he said.
The MP on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) reports stated died early in the morning on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.
He died at the age of 53 at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.
He was born November 18, 1969, in Kumawu, Ashanti Region.
