The organizers of the esteemed Telecel Ghana Music Awards have officially announced the opening of nominations for the 26th edition.
In a statement released on Tuesday, January 21, 2024, the organizers
“On behalf of the Board, our distinguished sponsors, and esteemed partners, we extend our warmest regards to all music stakeholders and officially announce the commencement of nominations for the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards.”
The scheme invites submissions for all commercially released works between January 1 and December 31, 2024. Artists, management teams, record labels, producers, instrumentalists, composers, and other industry stakeholders are encouraged to submit their entries via the official online portal, www.entry.ghanamusicawards.com, by Sunday, February 16, 2025.
The organizers also announced changes to the awards categories, saying:
“The categories of the TGMAs have been revised. These updates include changes to definitions and the introduction of new categories.
