No Stephen, No Worries As The Warriors Beat The Pelicans

The Golden State Warriors picked up a convincing 124 -106 win over the New Orleans Pelicans despite Stephen Curry’s unavailability for the game.

The Golden State Warriors are the fourth Western Conference team to improve their season record to 3-1 after picking up a 124-106 win over the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Warriors came into this game without Stephen Curry, who was out with an ankle injury but managed to deploy their league-leading offense without their centerpiece.

Andrew Wiggins was also ruled out of the contest.

Buddy Hield was the star of the night for Golden State, putting up 28 points and three steals while shooting 7-11 from three-point range.

Summer addition Lindy Waters III put up 21 points, eight rebounds, and four assists in a crucial outing while Brandin Podziemski had a great 19-point performance (8-18 FG).

Moses Moody and Jonathan Kuminga each added 17 points apiece.
