The head pastor of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Rev. Dr. Isaac Owusu-Bempah asserted that without his intervention, no one could become president of Ghana. He was responding to reactions that follows his recent forecast on John Mahama in the lead-up to the general elections in 2024, which he was speaking. The former president of Ghana was predicted by Rev. Owusu-Bempah to win the 2024 presidential contest. But the apostle had already foretold against the outgoing president.
In an interview, Rev Dr Owusu-Bempah clarified that he had informed the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in 2021 that he would never become president of Ghana if their flagbearer, Mahama, would not have supernatural intervention. He claimed that Mahama’s failure to emerge as the country’s leader was due to a spiritual barrier, which would need to be removed by seasoned men of God, including him, Owusu-Bempah.
“I told them that before John Mahama can become president, he needs strong hands placed upon him to allow for some things to be removed, and unless someone like me, Owusu-Bempah’s hand,” he stated.Even though there are more senior pastors in Ghana, he said he feels ordained by God to choose the country’s rulers. I will concede that there are more revered senior pastors in Ghana. My status in the spirit world is deeper, albeit I still humble myself.
“To the glory of God, I declare that no one can become president of Ghana without my help,” he declared. Mahama is endorsed for president by an apostle, the apostle, who was present at the clergy-NDC flagbearer Mahama, prophesied that the former president would win the 2024 presidential elections.
Rev Owuwu-Bempah’s earlier forecasts concerning the presidential candidate of the opposing party have been significantly altered by this prophesy.Rev Owusu Bempah asserts that Mahama has received the country from God because of his generosity. He gave the NDC presidential candidate the assurance that no scheme by his opponents could overturn God’s will.
Additionally, it was claimed that Rev Owusu-Bempah had lambasted the president for the destruction caused by illicit mining activities.
Rev. Dr. Owusu-Bempah attacks administration over galamsey. In addition, the apostle had pushed other pastors to criticise the way the Akufo-Addo government was managing the environmental catastrophe. Some concerned Ghanaians have staged noteworthy protests in Accra in response to growing concerns about the effects of illegal mining.
