Hon. A.B.A. Fuseini, Member of Parliament for the Sagnarigu constituency in the Northern Region, has urged Ghanaians to place their trust in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and its leader, John Dramani Mahama, ahead of the upcoming elections.
Speaking at a campaign rally in his constituency, Fuseini praised Mahama’s leadership, asserting that the former president does not make empty promises and has earned a legacy that resonates positively across the nation.
He expressed confidence that Mahama’s past achievements are proof of his reliability and commitment to the well-being of Ghanaians.
Fuseini pointed out that the upcoming election centers on trust, highlighting that he perceives a lack of credibility in the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
He humorously advised voters to “look at the position of the sun” before responding to Dr. Bawumia’s greetings, suggesting they should be cautious of what he claims.
The Sagnarigu MP emphasized that the presidency is not a position for “flood promises” but requires real experience, which he believes the NDC and Mahama have demonstrated in their past administration.
He called on the electorate to remember the progress made under the NDC’s leadership and support their return to power to improve the lives of all Ghanaians.
