
Accra, Ghana – The National Tripartite Committee has officially commenced negotiations to set the minimum wage and base pay for 2025.
The Committee, comprising representatives from employers, organized labor, and the government, aims to conclude the discussions by the end of April.
This timeline aligns with the requirements of the Public Financial Management (PFM) Act.
In a statement signed by the Acting Presidential Spokesperson, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the committee was urged to expedite the process to meet the deadline, ensuring the necessary information is incorporated into the 2025 national budget.
