NDC Regional Chairman Denounces Impostors Allegedly Tied to the Office of the President

The Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Hon. Emmanuel Ashie Moore, has issued a strong disclaimer against certain individuals posing as police personnel claiming to work under the Office of the President, H.E. John Dramani Mahama.

In a public statement, Hon. Ashie Moore refuted any connections between the alleged impostors and the presidency, condemning their actions as fraudulent and deceptive.

These individuals have reportedly been involved in the unauthorized seizure of vehicles belonging to public officers, as well as the illegal invasion of government establishments and warehouses across the Greater Accra Region.

The chairman emphasized that such individuals are not sanctioned by the presidency and called on the public to disregard their actions and treat them with the contempt they deserve.

To shed more light on the matter, he listed some of the alleged impostors, identifying them as Ebenezer Mortey (badge number 58283), Bright Opoku (badge number 58551), Appiah Degraft (badge number 53631), and others.

Hon. Ashie Moore urged the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities to prevent further abuse and misrepresentation.

He reiterated the NDC’s commitment to protecting the integrity of the presidency and ensuring the safety of public assets.
