Nana Yaw Amponsah Management Style Is Different From Kotoko Tradition – Malik Jabir
Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko legend, Malik Jabir has questioned the management style of the current Chief Executive Officer of Kumasi Asante Kotoko club.
In an interview, the legend expressed concern about the management style of the current administration which is contrary to the tradition of the club Kotoko
” Nana Yaw Amponsah administration is opposite from Kumasi Asante Kotoko traditions and philosophy. If the owner can properly set tradition aside and get investors whether they are Ghanaians, foreigners, or whoever will come and join the club, because they have invested money in it and they expect reforms, I am sure they will work better
The current CEO took over from George Amoako-led administration in August 2020 in the grand unveiling at the sports hotel in Kumasi.
Despite leading the club to the Ghana Premier League title last season and securing numerous sponsorship, the CEO position has come under serious and intense criticism.
Kumasi Asante Kotoko currently lies in 5th position with 39 points after laying 16 games in the bBetpawaPremiere league.
