The Chief Executive Officer of embattled Gold dealership firm MenzGold, Nana Appiah Mensah, according to sources has been set free by a Dubai court following a fraud suit against him by a Dubai-based business in November 2018.
The court which pronounced judgment Tuesday morning also ordered the company to pay all outstanding debts due NAM 1 to him.
However, a highly placed source at the CID said since there was an INTERPOL alert on NAM1 and it is expected that he would be handed over to the Ghana Police for him to face the criminal charges against him in Ghana when the court case In Dubai is completed.
