Money was never used to buy votes in Ejisu- Ejisu MP

Honorable Kwabena Boateng, the Member of Parliament for the Ejisu constituency, has emphasized that money did not play a role in influencing voters during the recent by-election.

He attributed the victory to the electorate’s understanding of what is beneficial for their community.

In his interaction with the media, he highlighted the diligent efforts of the NPP (New Patriotic Party) and the developmental projects initiated by the party within the constituency as contributing factors to their success.

Mr. Kwabena Boateng of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has emerged victorious in the Ejisu by-election, securing 27,782 votes, which accounts for 55.8% of the total votes cast. 

His closest rival, Independent Candidate Mr. Kwabena Owusu Aduomi, garnered 21,534 votes, representing 43.3% of the total votes.
