Black Stars winger, Mohammed Kudus was sent off in West Ham’s 4-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday afternoon.
In a mass brawl Kudus was pushed into Brazil striker Richarlison by Pape Matar Sarr.The Ghanaian player retaliated by lashing at Van de Ven. Upon VAR review, Kudus who was initially shown a yellow card was given the marching orders.
This will be huge blow to Julen Lopetegui’s side who have been struggling all season. This is the first time Kudus has been shown a red card in a West Ham game. He will miss the next three games against Manchester United, Nottingham Forest and Everton.
