Aduana FC has released an official statement expressing deep sadness following the tragic loss of two of its supporters, Mohammed Ishak and Awal Nuhu.
The club’s Chief Executive Officer, Atta Poku, along with player Seidu Saana and the supporters’ leadership, visited Aboaso to participate in the final funeral rites.
As a gesture of solidarity, Aduana FC presented official club jerseys to the families of the deceased and made a cash donation to help during this difficult time. The delegation also visited two injured supporters, Sualah Mohammed Khamis and Zainu Mohammed, who are receiving hospital treatment, wishing them a speedy recovery.
The team paid a courtesy call to the Chief Imam of Aboaso, offering special prayers for the departed, the injured, and the entire Aduana FC family. Additionally, the club thanked the Supporters Leadership of FC Samartex 1996 for joining the funeral proceedings, highlighting football’s unifying power.
In the statement dated November 19, 2025, signed by Evans Oppong, Corporate Affairs and External Relations Manager, Aduana FC expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased and assured their supporters of the club’s unwavering support.
