Ibrahim Mohammed popularly known as Commander Kanewu of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has been remanded two weeks into Police custody.
This was when he was arraigned before a court in Accra on Friday for threatening to shoot and harm some public officials.
The court proceeding follows Mohammed’s arrest last Wednesday after the Police declared him wanted in connection with a viral video.
The Police announced a GH¢100,000 bounty for anyone who provided information that could lead to his arrest.
He is expected to re-appear before the court on Thursday, 26th September, 2024 as Police investigation into the case continues.
