The Lakers came into the game with an impressive 3:0 campaign in the season and were looking to improve upon that by taking the lead in the first quarter of the game with 26-8 thanks to Anthony Davis with 16 points.

This thrilling matchup saw the Suns come back from an 18-point deficit early in the game. Kevin Durant led the charge with 30 points, eight rebounds, four assists, and four blocks, while Devin Booker added 33 points.

The Lakers had a strong start with Anthony Davis scoring 29 points and 15 rebounds, and Rui Hachimura contributing 20 points and 10 rebounds. LeBron James had a surprisingly off night, scoring only 11 points on 3-14 shooting from the field.
