Parliamentary Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Assin South constituency of Central region, Stephen Kofi Baidoo is calling on the constituents to change their hands in voting come 2024 and vote NDC for better governance.
According to him, NPP has won Assin South for the past 24 years but still, there is no development in the area as the party still manages the affairs of the country.
The residents of Kassim, Aduanom, and Adobease within Aboabo Camp electoral in the Assin South Constituency of the Central region have sent a signal of displeasure to their Member of Parliament John Ntim Fordjour over poor roads in the communities.
They said, both the member of Parliament John Ntim Fordjour and his DCE Felicia Amissah Ntrakwa have deceived them as the DCE promised to at least grade their roads but refused to fulfill it, they consider themselves orphans in terms of development and have threatened to burn his car down if he the MP steps foot in the area for a campaign in 2024.
But speaking to Ahotor newsroom, Hon. Kofi Baidoo said he has already spoken to former President John Dramani Mahama who is the flagbearer of the NDC over the deplorable state of their roads hence coming into power in 2024, The people of Assin South will get their share of the national cake.
