The Electoral Commission has received election results from 268 out of 275 constituencies but it is yet to certify these results because of complaints by party agents from collation centres across the country.
Mr Dzakpasu indicates that all the results were yet to be certified because of challenges from the party agents across the regions.
The EC at an earlier press briefing announced that results had been received from 210 constituencies but their figures for the remaining constituencies did not tally.
