Ghanaian musician, Lasmid has revealed that he is a trained Mechanic before venturing into music.
He said, he was trained for some time but he later realized that his destiny was in music so he has to quit.
He said “I was a mechanic, “Fita” apprentice ( auto electronics) but I couldn’t complete it, was trained within the period between three to six months before I realized that my destiny is not in ‘’Fita’’ but in music so I had to stop. The errands too were a lot,”
According to him, he still has some knowledge in the field should he be guided by someone although he couldn’t complete it.
“I learned a lot of things so I can determine a fault in that regard but would have to get someone to do the fixing after I have identified the problem,” he said on Onua Tv.
He added that ‘’He was not pushed to learn the job but in his own will to do so. It was more like I wasn’t doing anything, I was just home and I need to do something. After some time, I realized I have to stop. This was not a difficult thing for me because I have done a lot of difficult jobs before so this it was normal. I learned the trade at Takoradi,”
