The 28-year-old woman in the centre stage of a fake pregnancy and kidnapping controversy in Takoradi, was yesterday granted bail of GHC 50,000 with 2 sureties with one to be justified, has been reunited with her family, after the supposed kidnapping.
She was granted bail last week but was unable to meet the bail conditions until yesterday.
Josephine Mensah is said to be in good spirit
Her lawyer, Fiifi Buckman spoke to the media.
The police through medical report says the Madam Mensah was not pregnant and had not given birth during the period she went missing and had faked her own kidnaping.
She is to reappear before court this month.
