Kofi Adams Congratulates Kurt Okraku on CAF Appointment

Ghana’s Minister for Sports and Recreation, Hon. Kofi Iddie Adams, has congratulated Kurt Okraku on his appointment as Second Vice President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
