Despite their inconsistent performance, Amadu is focused on ensuring the club’s survival in the Ghana Premier League.

The Abrankese-based team currently occupies the 15th position on the league table with 25 points after 25 matches. They are just one place above the relegation zone, following their 1-0 defeat to Nations FC in their week 25 encounter on Monday.

After the game, Amadu expressed his commitment to leading the team to safety, stating,

“The ultimate is to escape relegation at the end of the season. I took over the team along the line, so I will manage the situation and ensure the team survive relegation.”

Karela United will host Aduana Football Academy on April 13 in matchday 26 of the campaign. This crucial match will be a significant test for Amadu’s team as they strive to gain momentum and move up the league table.

As a seasoned coach, Amadu brings valuable experience to the role. His previous stint as Samartex gaffer has prepared him for the challenges of managing a team in the Ghana Premier League.

With his expertise, Karela United fans are hopeful that their team will be able to overcome their current struggles and secure a spot in the top-flight league.
