Julius Ben Emunah Steps Down as GFA Director of Competitions

Julius Ben Emunah has resigned as Director of Competitions at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to pursue other opportunities, ending his tenure with the governing body.

 

Ben Emunah, a seasoned football administrator, has served the GFA in various roles, including Regional Administrative Manager for the Western Region Football Association, National Safety and Security Officer, and Club Licensing Manager.

 

As Head of Competitions, he oversaw domestic competitions, including the Ghana Premier League. Ben Emunah holds a Global Master’s degree in Sports Management and Law from ISDE, Barcelona, and a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Cape Coast.

 

The GFA is expected to announce arrangements for the Competitions Department soon.
