Jayson Tatum Set To Get $314m From The Celtics

The Boston Celtics and NBA forward Jayson Tatum are finalizing a contract extension valued at $314 million, making it the most lucrative deal in NBA history.

Tatum played a pivotal role in the Celtics’ championship victory this past summer.

Throughout the regular season, Tatum averaged 26.9 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game in 74 matches, followed by an impressive performance in the Celtics’ 19 playoff games, where he maintained averages of 25.0 points, 9.7 rebounds, and 6.3 assists per game.

Having dedicated seven years of his NBA career to Boston, Tatum has showcased his talent by averaging 23.1 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game over 513 matches.
