Ghanaian media personality and music executive Jay Foley has announced his return to music production after taking a long break from the craft.
Speaking in an interview with Kwame Dadzie on Joy FM’s Showbiz A-Z, Jay Foley revealed that he resumed producing music towards the end of 2025 and is currently working on a special Extended Play (EP) project featuring some of Ghana’s top music stars.
According to him, the upcoming EP will consist of songs he has personally produced and will serve as a celebration of his journey and contributions to Ghana’s music industry over the years.
“It was just about late last year that I got myself back to music production. I’ve got something I am working on. Works like my own productions, like music that I have produced. I put several popular artistes that I am about to roll out, a special EP just to say ‘thank you’ to myself,” he said.
Although Jay Foley did not disclose the names of the artistes involved or the release date, he hinted that the project would showcase his production skills while celebrating the relationships he has built within the industry.
Known for his work as a broadcaster, entertainment personality, and talent promoter, Jay Foley has played a significant role in Ghana’s entertainment industry for many years.
His return to music production has generated excitement among fans and industry stakeholders, who are eager to hear the forthcoming EP.
