The Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, is set to bring his #Mahama4Change2024 campaign to the Greater Accra Region in a two-day tour aimed at engaging residents and promoting his vision for the upcoming December elections.
During the tour, Mr. Mahama will meet with local communities to discuss why he believes he should be re-elected as President.
His message will focus on the changes he intends to bring and the solutions he offers for the nation’s pressing challenges with his 24-Hour Economy policy proposal expected to be on discussion.
Below is the itinerary for Day One of John Mahama’s tour in Greater Accra:
- Old Ningo: The tour kicks off with a community engagement where Mr. Mahama will meet Chiefs and residents to discuss their concerns and share his plans for the area.
- Prampram: He will then address the people at a mini campaign durbar, where he will outline key elements of his agenda for development.
- Afienya: The NDC will hold a mini rally, where Mr. Mahama will speak on how his leadership will transform the area and bring economic progress.
- Gbetsele: The next stop will be the Gbetsele community, where Mr. Mahama will engage with local residents in a conversation on their needs and how his administration would address them.
- Kpone: A mini campaign rally will follow in Kpone, with Mr. Mahama expected to energize voters by discussing his policies and plans for the future.
- Tema Industrial Area (Comm 9 – Everpure): John Mahama and his campaign team will meet with stakeholders from the Tema Central Constituency’s industrial sector, discussing the challenges businesses face and how his government will support industrial growth.
- Comm 7 Mosque – Tema Central Constituency: The tour continues with an interaction between Mr. Mahama and tribal heads as well as religious leaders, fostering dialogue on peace and development.
- Tema New Town – Tema East Constituency: The day will conclude with a community engagement in Tema New Town, where Mr. Mahama will share his vision for the future and how it will positively impact the constituency.
