FC Samartex coach, Nurudeen Amadu, has revealed his intention to give playing time to players who haven’t had many opportunities this season.
He believes that now is the perfect time to assess these players to make necessary decisions before the season ends. This statement comes after Samartex, the league winners, lost 4-2 to Karela United.
Coach Nurudeen explained that the team needs to evaluate which players to keep and which ones might need to leave, making it essential to test those who haven’t played much.
He acknowledged that while the team performed well, they were not threatening enough against Karela, and poor defending also hindered their chances of winning.
He expressed confidence that the team will perform better in their final home match of the season.
