The NDC’s running mate, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang has called out the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government for its blatant economic deception, accusing them of using flashy, last-minute projects as bait for votes.
“Don’t be lied to,” she warned, highlighting how the NPP starts projects during election season only to abandon them afterward, leaving nothing but wasted resources behind.
At the New Takoradi Market, she blasted the stalled development there, comparing it to the NDC’s rapid construction of markets like Kejetia and Kotokoraba.
“Four years and nothing to show,” she said, slamming the government for its failure.
The NPP’s abandoned railway project is yet another example of their economic mismanagement.
She urged Takoradi voters to break free from this economic charade, emphasizing that the NDC has always delivered real development.
With Mahama’s 24-Hour Economy, Big Push, and National Apprenticeship programme, the NDC has solid, actionable plans to create jobs and restore economic growth.
Ghanaians deserve more than empty promises—it’s time to vote for real progress!
