According to Kelvyn boy, he kept his locks because he got inspiration from Stonebwoy.
Stonebwoy and kelvyn used to be close until they segregated in 2020 after a series of issues happened between them
But Stonebwoy was the one who brought Kelyvn boy into the music space but separated when people started comparing him to Kelyvn. According to Stonebwoy he feels disrespected.
“I haven’t said anything about this case. But the said artiste (KelvynBoy) is someone I brought into the limelight. Sometimes I wish people will look at it from that perspective”, he said.
“It’s rather sad because this is someone I picked from nowhere. This is someone who was begging to be signed by me. I haven’t spoken about this issue and the reality of the issue is not what I want to delve into. I know that when the dusk proper settles, we will delve into it because Ghanaians deserve to know the truth,” he said. Kelvyn Boy also revealed that he looks up to his former boss Stonebwoy and that he kept his locks because he was an inspiration to him and had always wanted to sing like him.
