Popular Ghanaian comedian OB Amponsah has shared his regrets about voting for President Nana Akufo-Addo in the most recent elections.
As discussions around the recently concluded 2024 General Elections are heating up, many people are voicing their opinions regarding the outgoing Akufo-Addo administration and the incoming government led by John Dramani Mahama.
In a recent interview with DJ Slim, OB Amponsah revealed that he has supported the NPP in four different elections, but now feels regret for backing President Akufo-Addo.
He confessed that upon realizing that John Dramani Mahama and the NDC had won the 2024 elections, it felt as though a weight had been lifted from the country, with citizens beginning to express themselves more freely.
DJ Slim, the show’s host, concurred with Amponsah, suggesting that there appears to be a refreshing change in the atmosphere following the NDC’s return to power.
